Rosa parks is one of the main people that helped with the civil rights movement. She did many things to help and one even led to arrest. Most people don't realize how much she did to help the civil rights movement. Now let's dive into the life of this hero. Rosa parks was a big civil rights activist.She lived from 1913-2005 and was 92 when she died. She lived in Alabama for most of her life. In 1955 is when she started fighting for her rights. She was so determined to get normal rights that she joined the NAACP ( National Association for the Advancement of Colored People) which had big names like Martin Luther King.
